Senior Product Manager - Southeast

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of a homeowners portfolio across hurricane-exposed Southeast markets. This role will be responsible for developing state-level product, pricing, underwriting, and exposure management strategies that support sustainable growth in complex catastrophe-risk environments. The right candidate will serve as both a business owner and hands-on operator, coordinating across key functions to bring new products and markets to scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch homeowners, condo, and dwelling fire products in catastrophe-exposed Southeast markets, including market strategy, rate and form filings, and technology implementation requirements.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, distribution, and engineering teams to design pricing, underwriting, and exposure management strategies that support growth and profitability objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, synthesize market intelligence, and recommend pricing, underwriting, and product actions to improve business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance product or state management experience with significant exposure to rating, underwriting, and policy forms.
• 3+ years of homeowners insurance experience, preferably in Florida or other hurricane-exposed markets.
• Demonstrated ability to use performance data, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pricing, underwriting, and product decisions.
