We are seeking a strategic, systems-minded Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our internal operating environment with a strong focus on Salesforce-driven contract management and enterprise workflow optimization.

This is not a traditional administrative or ticket-management role. This position operates at the intersection of product strategy, operational architecture, and digital transformation. You will partner closely with teams across the organization to design scalable systems, eliminate operational friction, and prepare Vacatia for the next generation of automation, AI enablement, and intelligent process orchestration.

Your Impact

Workflow Architecture & Process Design

• Design, optimize, and scale resilient operational workflows with an initial focus on Salesforce-based contract lifecycle management
• Build sustainable systems that reduce reactive support dependencies and eliminate fragmented operational processes
• Architect workflows that support future automation, AI integration, and long-term scalability
• Partner closely with internal teams to understand real operational behaviors and uncover process inefficiencies
• Identify structural bottlenecks, workflow gaps, and handoff challenges across departments
• Develop comprehensive process maps, governance frameworks, and documentation standards to ensure organizational consistency

Cross-Functional Systems Integration

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and operational leadership to align systems with business objectives
• Evaluate the downstream impact of workflow changes to ensure enterprise-wide operational effectiveness
• Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into scalable system and process solutions
• Foster strong stakeholder alignment and drive accountability across cross-functional initiatives
• Ensure all operational and technical decisions support the broader health and scalability of the organization

Transformation & Future-State Strategy

• Serve as the primary product owner for critical business operating systems and process modernization initiatives
• Develop long-term operational roadmaps focused on automation readiness and evolving business demands
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and scalable operational models
• Establish governance structures that promote operational excellence and sustainable process improvements
• Lead modernization efforts that improve efficiency while reducing operational risk

Data Analysis & Operational Insights

• Utilize data and workflow analytics to identify system gaps and prioritize high-impact improvements
• Define, monitor, and optimize key operational metrics and performance indicators
• Partner with technical teams to enhance reporting visibility and data transparency
• Validate workflow enhancements through measurable business outcomes and operational performance improvements
• Ensure systems support real-world execution and operational effectiveness, not just theoretical process flow

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain SOPs, decision logic, governance documentation, and process standards for all system-enabled workflows
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational iteration across the organization
• Identify opportunities for simplification, refinement, and increased scalability as business needs evolve
• Create repeatable methodologies for evaluating and implementing future workflow requests strategically
• Ensure internal systems remain flexible, scalable, and resilient in a rapidly evolving environment

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, systems strategy, process design, business operations, or related disciplines
• Strong expertise working within Salesforce environments and system-driven operational ecosystems
• Demonstrated success designing scalable workflows, operating models, and cross-functional business processes
• Experience supporting automation initiatives, AI-enabled workflows, or enterprise systems transformation efforts
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous challenges
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to listen deeply, understand operational realities, and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environments
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on governance, execution excellence, and continuous improvement
