Position: Senior Software Product Manager

Compensation: $170-200K base salary (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Senior Software Product Manager. The opportunity is with a leading software provider for the Construction Industry. The client is looking for an experienced Product Manager (8+ years) to lead the roadmap and feature design for an enterprise SaaS platform for collaborative construction planning. This role partners closely with engineering and internal stakeholders to deliver user-focused, high-impact solutions. The candidate will report to the Director of Engineering.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Define product roadmap and feature requirements
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
Write specifications and support agile development
Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
Track product usage and drive future direction

Qualifications:

Proven B2B SaaS product management experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Solid understanding of web applications, SQL/databases, and architecture
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Construction software experience preferred (or ability to ramp quickly)
Experience with ML/AI and process design
