Senior Product Manager - Data Governance

Corporate Title: Director

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Strong, demonstrable product management experience across both systems and data.
• Ability to lead transformation efforts and coach teams on product management best practices within the bank.
• Strong influencing and change management skills, with the ability to drive both cultural and process change.
• Capable of developing and supporting product roadmaps, strategies, and execution plans.
• Experience with modern technologies and data platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, data governance tools, and AI. (* While this is not a hands-on technical role, the individual should understand how these technologies work together and be able to provide strategic direction and informed opinions at the Director level. Ideal candidates may have a technical background but should primarily operate from a product management and leadership perspective. *)
