Job Description
This Sr. Product Manager role will be a critical member of Visa Commercial Solution’s Global Product team, focused on supporting existing Commercial Pay solutions and building new travel experiences. The role will serve as a subject matter expert across VCP and broader virtual payment use cases, helping to engage in technical sales discussions, business development initiatives, enhancement evaluation and overall product optimization efforts. They will also closely coordinate with the Director of VCP to drive growth and expansion of new solutions.
The successful candidate must be proactive, highly motivated and able to effectively work across multiple areas (e.g., sales, development, technical product knowledge). He or she must be able to quickly build relationships across all departments and all levels, identifying the best course of action, and know how to motivate a diverse set of stakeholders to act cohesively and productively in pursuit of aligned goals.

Basic Qualifications • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) • Product development and product management experience Preferred Qualifications • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) • Commercial Payments experience or direct knowledge • B2B travel product development and/or business development experience

The estimated salary range for this position is $152,200.00 to $ 243,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
