Description

A client with kforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager, App Partner Ecosystem to join their team in Mountain View, CA. Summary: Join the Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE) team as a Senior Product Manager, where you will define and lead the roadmap for the client's App Partner Program (IAPP) and the ecosystem platform capabilities that enable our third-party (3P) partners and developers to build, grow, and scale on the client's platform. In this role, you will own the roadmap and execution of the App Partner Program that powers global partners and developers across our ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of partner programs, developer platforms, and partner integrations, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to unlock new capabilities, accelerate innovation, and deliver differentiated customer and partner value. Responsibilities:
  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the App Partner Program and the ecosystem platform capabilities that support it, and translate that strategy into an actionable, outcomes-driven roadmap
  • Define and evolve the Program's tiering model (e.g., Silver, Gold, and Platinum), including per-workspace eligibility requirements and benefits, so each tier delivers measurable value to partners at every stage of growth
  • Partner extensively across business units and with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, partner program management, and business development, to drive decision-making, role clarity, alignment, and escalations as necessary
  • Ruthlessly prioritize your team's backlog, and coordinate with dependent teams to sequence delivery across a wide breadth of internal teams and external partners
  • Engage directly and continuously with 3P partners and customers to understand their pain points, and translate those insights into solutions that solve real customer problems

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of proven product management experience with a focus on developer
platform and partner ecosystems, ideally with a SaaS based software company in the fintech space
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills are a must
  • Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, including the ability to communicate complex technical problems simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions
  • Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to back your strategic approach
  • A bias for action with a proven track record of delivering results at scale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long
  • Prior experience in building, shipping and scaling platform capabilities (or) experience in the integrations space would be a plus
