Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on financial systems transformation, Accounts Payable operations, and supplier management solutions. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap development, business process optimization, and systems convergence efforts across enterprise finance platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Financials, PeopleSoft, and accounting operations, along with experience managing enterprise-scale product initiatives and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for finance and Accounts Payable platforms.
Gather, define, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
Translate business needs into product backlog items and actionable technical requirements.
Partner with finance, accounting, and engineering teams to identify process gaps and system improvements.
Drive system convergence, application rationalization, and operational optimization initiatives.
Manage cross-functional stakeholder communication and prioritization discussions.
Develop business cases and support solution evaluations for new and existing systems.
Create BRDs, workflows, user stories, and process documentation.
Support product lifecycle activities including enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production releases.
Analyze product metrics, stakeholder feedback, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Coordinate user testing, UAT, A/B testing, and end-user feedback sessions.
Ensure alignment between business processes and enterprise financial systems.

Must have:

Strong experience with Workday Financials
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounting domains
Product management experience with enterprise financial systems
Experience creating product roadmaps and business requirements documentation
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with SaaS or ERP platforms
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product lifecycle management
Ability to work in complex enterprise environments
