We are seeking a strategic and visionary Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product lifecycle management, market research, and strategic planning within an Agile, technologically advanced environment. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and setting the strategy for our products from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring they meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with project owners and team members, build, and maintain solid relationships with executives, leadership stakeholders, and stakeholder groups
- Proactively develop a deep understanding of the product area, continuously enhancing your knowledge to become a trusted expert who drives impactful decisions
- Leverage design thinking tools and techniques such as, but not limited to Persona Identification, Empathy Mapping, and Journey Mapping, to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, developing product roadmaps to prioritize customer- centric solutions while balancing business goals and technical feasibility
- Facilitate capability diagramming to understand the business and technical landscape at a high lev
- Leverage agile mindset and methodologies, while incorporating end-to-end strategic thinking to develop product roadmap
- Go-to-market plans focusing on achieving quick delivery and optimal market penetratio
- Metrics and Innovation - Create, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvemen
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize customer experiences

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- 3-5 years proven experience in product management, preferably within Airline industry
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities to build alignment and drive product success.
- Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to independently connect interdependent business needs and opportunities
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and program management skills with the ability to influence
- Proven ability in developing business strategy, business cases, articulating the tactics to achieve it, and then delivering
- Strong business acumen as well as statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Ability to effectively leverage internal and external partnerships to drive results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management and staff working independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in delivering client services in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States

- Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure)
- Interesting and introductory level understanding of AI
