- Own end-to-end delivery of manufacturing and inventory system capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business operations
- Translate operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, and system workflows that drive execution
- Lead hands-on configuration and optimization of ERP systems (including Acumatica), covering data structures, workflows, and integrations
- Oversee system validation, testing, and deployment readiness to ensure data integrity and reliable performance post-launch
- Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing and inventory processes, including production planning, WIP tracking, and inventory control practices
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to resolve dependencies and improve material and data flow
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring accountability, alignment, and timely delivery of outcomes
- Lead adoption efforts post-implementation, including training, process enablement, issue resolution, and ongoing system enhancements
