We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of both traditional design principles and the unique requirements of cryptocurrency and DeFi platform interfaces. Your designs will directly influence the user experience of a wide range of users - from crypto novices to seasoned traders.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create and iterate high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
User-Centric Approach: Incorporate user feedback, user research, and key performance metrics to produce user-friendly interfaces.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design vision is executed accurately.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products, latest design trends, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space.
Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our UI/UX design system to ensure consistent design language across all product touchpoints.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Prior experience in FinTech, crypto, or DeFi design is a plus.
Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design, and an understanding of the technical limitations and challenges in designing for various devices.
Strong understanding of the complexities and security aspects of cryptocurrency and DeFi platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and their rationale to non-design stakeholders.
