Compensation: $60-80/hr W2
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid on-site 1 day/week)We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to design and deliver customer-facing web application experiences supporting account management, connectivity services, billing, user administration, support, and digital self-service capabilities. This individual will own the design process from discovery through delivery while partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
Requirements:
- 7+ years Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Experience Design experience
- Must have strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped digital products
- 5+ years (or Expert-level) Figma experience including design systems, component libraries, and prototyping
- 5+ years designing customer-facing web/mobile apps
- Experience leveraging AI-powered design or prototyping tools preferred
Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end product design from discovery and concept development through final delivery and implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications for customer-facing web applications
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to design intuitive, scalable digital experiences
