The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and User Researchers to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences for data-intensive applications.

This role requires strong systems thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex business and technical challenges while supporting the complete product design lifecycle — from discovery and research through final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals, technical requirements, user needs, and operational challenges into effective design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and successfully implemented.
  • Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and workflow analysis to identify user needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design intuitive experiences that enable users to understand, analyze, and act on complex data and information.
  • Balance user experience goals, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment across product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups.
  • Contribute to and utilize design systems, accessibility standards, and established design patterns.
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices while aligning with business and product goals.
  • Partner with developers during implementation to maintain design quality and ensure the final product meets experience expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, complex digital products, or large-scale customer-facing applications.
