Senior Product Designer (AI Experiences)

Team Red Dog is hiring a Senior Product Designer (AI Experiences) for our client, a global digital experience innovator and AI-driven technology organization. In this fully remote role, you'll help shape the future of AI-powered internal products by designing intuitive, scalable user experiences that improve how employees support customers, manage accounts, drive sales, and deliver marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex business requirements into elegant user-centered solutions using modern UX methodologies, visual design, and Figma. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. UX Design (5+ years): Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, interaction models, prototypes, and usability-focused solutions for enterprise applications.
2. UI & Visual Design (5+ years): Create polished, modern interfaces that balance usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across internal business tools.
3. Figma (5+ years): Build high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, design systems, and collaborative design artifacts while partnering closely with product managers and engineers.
4. Enterprise Product Design: Experience designing complex business applications, ideally incorporating AI-powered features, data-driven interfaces, and cross-functional collaboration.

How you will make an impact:

• Design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered internal business applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and supporting design artifacts.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user analysis to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Design data-driven user interfaces that simplify complex workflows.
• Evaluate software requirements and recommend design solutions that balance usability, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Support implementation by collaborating with engineering teams and validating design quality.

The expertise you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, Product Design, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience.
• 5+ years of professional UI and visual design experience.
• 5+ years of advanced Figma experience, including prototyping and design systems.
• Experience designing enterprise software and data-driven user interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, visual design excellence, and shipped products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with AI-powered products or intelligent user experiences is highly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting Pacific Time core business hours.
