Implement safety management strategies to ensure compliance with OSHA PSM regulations, EPA RMP, and best practices in the industry.
Evaluate new projects from a safety perspective, identifying appropriate risk studies, methodologies, and provide inputs to associated costs, and schedules during proposal development.
Participate in risk review and safe layout review meetings, supporting process safety and environmental requirements.
Coordinate Facility Siting Studies (FSS) and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) as required by product definition.
Conduct process safety reviews using techniques such as Hazards and Operability Study (HAZOP), What-If, and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA).
Collaborate with project teams on the implementation of safety design systems ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulations and permit requirements.
Review and approve project safety documentation.
TRAVEL REQT: 25% of domestic and international travel required.
HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)
