Senior Process Designer – Piping & Equipment Layout

We seek a skilled professional to be a pivotal part of our process design team, offering expertise in creating intricate piping systems and equipment configurations for cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. This role is entrenched on-site in Providence, Rhode Island, and demands a leader capable of driving complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration with construction and engineering teams. You will craft detailed 3D models and innovate layout designs that uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and efficiency.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-fidelity designs for manufacturing and lab facilities. Design state-of-the-art high-purity systems under ASME BPE standards, capitalizing on advanced VDC/BIM technologies. Interpret engineering blueprints and documents, ensuring alignment with project requirements and site conditions. Regular site assessments will enable you to offer hands-on design support, leveraging your knowledge in industrial piping standards and technologies.

Ideal candidates will have 6 to 10 years of industry experience, particularly in the pharma or semiconductor sectors, with proficiency in 3D drafting and familiarity with modeling software. Independence and strong organizational skills are critical, as is a willingness to travel regionally.
