The Sr. Process Analyst is responsible for leading or being part of a cross-functional team that is focused on analyzing, understanding, documenting, and improving business processes. The Sr. Process Analyst will lead and direct the process team through current state analysis, future state design, and the development and implementation of the new business process. During the current state analysis and future state design, the process team will be capturing and developing Level II process models and business requirements. During the development and implementation of the future state process, the process team will be responsible for developing Methods and Procedures (M&Ps), Job Aides, and Training Material. The process team will also be responsible for coordinating any User Acceptance Testing and delivering required training to the business.
This Sr. Process Analyst role will require strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. This individual will be partnering with subject matter experts across the client's organization (Sales, Revenue Management, IT, Operations, Finance/Accounting,) to develop improvements that result in sustainable cost reduction, revenue generation or best practices.
The role of Sr. Business Process Analyst is a contract position, offers competitive compensation and may require weekly travel. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by company. Applicants based in Atlanta or the Southeast are preferred.
