Career Level: IC5 | Senior Individual Contributor

ABOUT THE ROLE

Oracle is seeking a strategic, senior Product Marketing Manager to define how Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse is understood, valued, and chosen by enterprises navigating the AI and data platform landscape. In this high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will own the complete positioning and messaging architecture for Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse - creating the foundational story that powers every go-to-market motion, from analyst briefings and press announcements to sales plays and executive keynotes.

We are looking for a marketing leader who brings equal parts strategic clarity and executional drive-someone who can distill the complexity of a converged AI Lakehouse platform into a message that resonates with a CIO evaluating enterprise data strategy and a data engineer evaluating query performance. You will be the connective tissue between product, sales, field marketing, communications, and analyst relations, ensuring that Oracle's AI Lakehouse story is coherent, compelling, and consistently delivered across every channel and constituency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring:

  • 8 years of B2B product marketing experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML, with a demonstrated track record of owning end-to-end positioning for a complex technical product.

Deep understanding of the AI and data platform market - including converged databases, data lakehouses, vector search, and agentic AI - and the ability to connect platform capabilities to tangible enterprise business outcomes.

  • Proven experience leading or substantially contributing to analyst relations programs (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape), including preparation of briefing materials, RFI responses, and vendor positioning strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to build enterprise sales plays from scratch, including customer segmentation, competitive displacement strategies, and field enablement materials that are actively adopted by sales teams.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills-comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders both internally and in customer/analyst settings.

  • Experience working with global marketing teams and adapting core messaging frameworks for regional and industry-specific audiences.

  • Strong background in market analysis, customer research, and competitor intelligence, with the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into decisive positioning recommendations.

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
