About You
You are a seasoned, consultative Enterprise Architect with deep experience in business applications and cloud platforms, and a strong focus on security, data protection, and compliance. You are adept at translating complex business and regulatory requirements (including HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, and industry-specific policies) into secure, scalable technology solutions. Your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills enable you to engage confidently with C-level executives, CISOs, enterprise architects, and business leaders across healthcare, higher education, and state and local government.
Basic Qualifications
 
Sr Enterprise Architect
- ### 5+ years Enterprise Software Solution Consulting experience OR hands-on experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise software solutions (SaaS preferred).
- ### 5+ years' experience delivering compelling presentations and demos to executive and technical audiences, both in person and in virtual meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts, security considerations, and strategic initiatives.
- ### 5+ years applied working knowledge of cloud architecture and security (e.g., identity and access management, encryption, network security, logging/monitoring), reporting/analytics, and integration standards (APIs, web services, event-driven architectures).
- ### Experience working with customers in regulated environments such as healthcare (including HIPAA and PHI), higher education, and/or state and local government, with the ability to speak credibly about risk, compliance, security, architecture, and governance.
 
Principal Enterprise Architect
- ### 7+ years Enterprise Software Solution Consulting experience OR hands-on experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise software solutions (SaaS preferred).

### Other Qualifications
- Brings a strong point of view on architecture and security and can influence decision making at executive and technical levels. Familiarity with presales cycles as it relates to SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated multi-pillar solution and product knowledge (e.g., HCM, Financials, Student, Planning, or similar enterprise platforms) and how they integrate into broader enterprise landscapes.
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with a track record of becoming a trusted advisor to CIO, CISO, CTO, and business leadership.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, able to partner effectively with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Security & Compliance, and Value Management.
- Innovative and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, learning new technologies (including AI/ML), and tailoring architectural approaches to different industries and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, AAISM are a bonus.
