Description

• Lead preconstruction strategy for Design-Build projects
• Oversee pursuits for mission critical and industrial work, including Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Light Industrial/Warehouse projects
• Drive estimating strategy and competitive positioning during pursuits
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business development
• Mentor and help grow a high-performing estimating/preconstruction team

Profile

A successful Senior Preconstruction Manager - Design Build Focus should have:

• Extensive Design-Build preconstruction experience
• Background in mission critical, industrial, or related project types
• Proven leadership in preconstruction and pursuit environments
• Strong tenure and demonstrated career progression with previous employers

Job Offer

Salary: $145,000-$180,000 base

• 20-30% annual bonus target
• $850/month vehicle allowance
• 3 weeks PTO + 5 sick days
• Strong backlog with long-term growth and advancement potential
