Our client is a well-established General Contractor with over 25 years in business, headquartered in the Greater Boston area. They specialize in a wide range of projects across commercial, multifamily, assisted living, and education sectors. Their portfolio includes both ground-up construction and renovations up to $60M, and they are known for strong client relationships, with roughly 90% of work coming from repeat business. Backed by a strategic partnership with a large regional GC, they are experiencing steady and scalable growth.
Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to operational improvements
- Play a key role in shaping team structure and project execution strategies
Profile
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and teams
- Multifamily experience preferred, but open to diverse project backgrounds
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing projects in the $10M-$60M range
- Ability to operate in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial environment
- Local experience within Massachusetts (and/or Connecticut) preferred
