With more than 700 active client contracts and new opportunities opening daily, you'll step into a role with immediate access to revenue-generating opportunities, established client relationships, and industry-leading resources.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Client Growth
- Identify, prospect, and secure new healthcare clients nationwide.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare leaders, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Develop and expand your own book of business through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
Physician Recruitment & Placement
- Recruit, qualify, and place physicians and surgeons in locum tenens assignments nationwide.
- Conduct outbound recruiting through calls, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and digital sourcing.
- Match physician qualifications with client requirements and staffing needs.
- Guide providers through the recruitment and placement process.
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate activity, candidate, and client records within CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve activity, placement, and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, physician supply, and client demand to identify opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 13+ years of physician recruiting, healthcare staffing, agency recruiting, or B2B business development experience.
- Proven success in relationship-driven sales, recruiting, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

Work Environment
This is primarily an in-office role based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Remote opportunities may be considered for experienced full-desk recruiters with a demonstrated history of production and business development success who reside more than 200 miles outside the state of Florida.
