Job Description
Do you want to play a key role in a highimpact organization that supports PSE's mission to deliver clean, reliable, and affordable energy to our customers? The Pole Services organization is seeking someone who will leverage data to drive growth, improve performance, and optimize operations across the business.
Pole Services is a profitandloss center within PSE that manages street and area lighting installation and maintenance services, and coordinates thirdparty attachments of communication and other devices to PSE's poles. The organization plays a critical role in supporting customers' evolving needs, including smartcity initiatives, wireless network, internet broadband, and on-the-pole electric vehicle charging stations.
In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for multiple teams and functions within Pole Services. You will partner closely with stakeholders to design effective tools and reporting solutions that enable the leadership team to monitor, manage, and enhance operational performance. You will also develop clear documentation for processes, tools, and data workflows.
To be successful, the candidate should be ready to identify, plan, and manage business performance initiatives and apply methodologies that support business transformation and organizational change. A strong understanding of endtoend business processes-and the ability to use process improvement techniques to analyze inputs, outputs, and workflow dynamics-will be essential. The ideal candidate will apply and model best practices for driving measurable performance outcomes while mentoring others. Finally, the ability to create and implement effective changemanagement plans that reduce resistance and support adoption will be highly valuable in this role

Job Responsibilities
Works with leadership and business areas to evaluate requirements, develop and present strategic and tactical recommendations and may implement data driven decisions and strategies.
May mentor staff and other team members:
May provide input on performance reviews.
Provides coaching, direction and support to team members in order to achieve employee, business and customer results.
Trains, mentors, coaches and challenges leaders, project sponsors/champions, project team members and all employees in the use of various organizational change management strategies and techniques to raise awareness and desire of effective planning and execution throughout the organization.
Participates in emergency response efforts as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or technology; or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
5 years' experience leading and utilizing process improvement or change management techniques/tools.
Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to work effective to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment on multiple projects.
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team to drive results.
Strong coaching and influencing skills.
Experience managing small projects and teams to achieve a business need.
Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to present information in a professional manner.
Ability to prepare and present to the director/executive level.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal.
Desired Qualifications
Graduate degree/coursework
Experience/certification in both structured and informal process improvement or change management methodologies.
Experience in large-scale organizational change efforts.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and applications.
Knowledge of change management methodologies and applications.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
Experience facilitating.
7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, management consulting, or business transformation role.
Demonstrated success leading data-driven transformation initiatives that changed how a business operates.
Highly collaborative; thrives in cross-functional environments.
Self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
Experience partnering with business leaders to shape strategy and influence decisions.
Proven ability to move from ambiguous problem statements to structured, measurable solutions.
Success proactively identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

The pay range for this position is$94,300.00-$156,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
