A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Senior People Relations Partner (Sr. PRP) serves as a senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor in employee relations and workplace accommodations, managing the organization’s most complex, sensitive, and high-risk cases while providing mentorship and quality assurance to the People Relations Partner team. In addition to owning the full lifecycle of sophisticated workplace investigations, the Sr. PRP functions as an escalation resource for PRPs on ambiguous or legally complex matters and serves as a key liaison to Legal, HR Compliance, and Senior Business Leadership. This role takes a proactive, enterprise-wide view of employee relations risk—identifying systemic patterns across the ER case portfolio, designing proactive interventions, and influencing policy, training, and program improvements to reduce future escalations. The Sr. PRP partners closely with HR Solutions Partner to ensure transactional accuracy on complex involuntary actions and plays a leadership role in enterprise change management efforts, including large-scale reductions in force and significant organizational restructures. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to represent the People Relations function credibly at the most senior levels of the organization.
