If you are passionate about solving problems that have real impact, join Anduril and build the future of defense.WHAT YOU'LL DOWork directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting all Anduril's productsApply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assembliesImplement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designsLead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputsDevelop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standardsWork in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple concurrent projects and customersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout or DesignFull understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirementsAbility to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each designAbility to determine work priorities based on broad direction from managementExpertise in applying relevant IPC standards, CID, CID+ certificationExperience using Altium Designer CAD toolsExperience with developing component libraries and library managementProven experience in high-speed digital PCB layout for complex FPGA boards, high-resolution video, or multi-gigabit interfaces (e.g., DDR, PCIe, SerDes)Expertise in critical high-speed layout techniques, including controlled impedance routing, differential pairs, length matching, and optimized stackup designDeep understanding of signal and power integrity principles, ensuring robust performance for timing, crosstalk, and EMI/EMC mitigation in high-density designsExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with othersAbility to work within our company and team culturePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similarSalary: $129,000 – $194,000 USD.BenefitsAt Anduril, we invest in our people.
