Job Summary:
The Specialist will be responsible for all activities related to the preparation and settlement of the company's multi-entity payroll. They will oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees and contractors across 4 continents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-state US payroll and global payroll administration, as well as some experience with accounting responsibilities. Experience in a Professional Services, Staffing, or Technology Consulting Firm strongly preferred.
This position is 100% remote from anywhere in the US or Canada, but must work Eastern Time zone hours. The Payroll Specialist will report to the Global HR Operations Manager.
