Find your future with us.Location options Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is seeking to join the Strategy and Business Operations – Global Sourcing & Vendor Management (GSVM) team in one of: Kent, WA; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; or Berkeley, MO.Responsibilities Manage IDT&S supplier sourcing efforts and vendor management of IT key suppliers.Refine sourcing strategies and consult on optimal mix of insource/outsourced work with IDT&S leadership and Product Managers.Develop Statements of Work (SOW), performance metrics, and lead technical evaluations of bidder proposals.Lead vendor governance, relationship management, performance management, and risk, issue, opportunity (RIO) mitigation support.Build cross-functional partnerships with Indirect Supply Chain, Finance, Global Trade Controls, Global Privacy Office, and Information Security.Lead the creation and management of SOW requirements, deliverables, and SLAs/SLOs/KPIs in collaboration with IT Product Managers.Identify, manage, and mitigate sourcing or vendor-related risks and issues; oversee supplier billing reconciliation.Support supplier implementations and transitions with Product Managers.Stay current with IT, Procurement, and Sourcing industry best practices.Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor's degree or higher10+ years in sourcing, procurement, project management, or vendor management10+ years of experience with suppliers, statements of work, and technical performance specifications5+ years of experience developing or authoring statements of workExperience with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications Master's degree or higherSourcing or procurement related certificationsProject or Program Management related certificationsAdditional Information Drug Free Workplace: post-offer testing for listed substances as outlined in policy.Pay & Benefits: total rewards package includes base pay, variable compensation, and eligible benefits (health, retirement, time away, etc.).Education: Bachelor\'s Degree or Equivalent Required.
