Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with USCIS, DOL, and immigration courts
• Manage and maintain client case files, deadlines, and docket calendars to ensure timely filings
• Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information to support case preparation
• Draft legal correspondence, cover letters, and client communications under attorney supervision
• Research immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates to support case strategy
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior paralegals and support staff
• Coordinate with government agencies, courts, and third parties on case-related matters

Requirements:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in immigration law
• Strong knowledge of USCIS forms, immigration procedures, and removal defense
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate or relevant college degree preferred
