The Opportunity:
The Senior Paralegal will provide vital legal and administrative support for the organization. This role will focus on drafting and reviewing contracts, managing the contract lifecycle database, legal research, document preparation, regulatory compliance support, special projects, and general paralegal duties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract analysis, agreements review, and healthcare compliance knowledge with a sharp eye for risk and compliance issues.
Monitor, research, and summarize federal and state regulatory developments (e.g., CMS, state Medicaid); proactively communicate updates and support the Compliance team through preparation of concise summaries, reports, and regulatory analysis.
The Senior Paralegal is a key player in maintaining the organization’s legal efficiency while embodying the organization’s core values. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Compliance Officer.
