SummaryWe are seeking a hands‑on Senior Manager, Packaging Engineering to support our Twin Falls Operations team. This role is focused on manufacturing floor execution, equipment performance, and reliability—ensuring packaging systems run efficiently and consistently at high levels of OEE. This position is embedded in plant operations and focused on execution, troubleshooting, and performance.This leader will serve as a self‑starter and technical problem solver, working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues, stabilize performance, and drive performance improvement across packaging lines. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
