This role leads stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and interviews, to gather and prioritize requirements, and develops key project artifacts such as business requirements documents and process maps. With deep subject matter expertise in People & Culture (P&C) functions and a strong understanding of the HRIS landscape, the Senior Business Analyst evaluates where global solutions can be leveraged, enhanced, or adapted to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the organization.They work closely with global P&C Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and enablement teams to align on scope and validate & prioritize enhancement requests. In addition, they support testing efforts by partnering with enablement teams (e.g., Technology) and end users and contribute to effective change management. This role is essential in ensuring People & Culture processes are scalable, efficient and drive experience across the organization.core responsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Process DesignConduct detailed business analysis to define requirements for validated & prioritized enhancement requests.
