Seeking a Senior Outside Sales Engineer for a hybrid role supporting Louisiana/southern Arkansas.
Reside within 50 miles of Minden, LA; onboarding in Grapevine, TX.
Develops and executes sales plans, quotes projects, negotiates pricing, and builds customer relationships.
Provides technical guidance, understands product systems, and manages customer accounts to increase profitable sales.
Requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of electrical industry experience, and valid driver’s license.
Skills include strong communication, technical knowledge, negotiation, time management, and experience with sales tools like Bidmanager and Vista.
Travel up to 25%.
Compensation: $107,250 - $157,300, including base and incentives.
