Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager – AI Transformation to lead organizational change initiatives supporting Generative AI, intelligent automation, and content supply chain transformation programs. This role will drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption strategy, training, and business transformation efforts to ensure successful implementation and sustained use of AI-enabled capabilities across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong change management expertise, executive communication skills, and experience leading enterprise technology adoption in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end organizational change management strategies for AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, and executive alignment meetings.
  • Develop and execute communication, training, and enablement strategies to support successful adoption.
  • Partner with business leaders, project managers, product owners, and technology teams to align change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Establish adoption metrics, KPIs, and benefits realization frameworks to measure program success.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on organizational readiness, adoption risks, and transformation outcomes.
  • Drive change governance activities and integrate OCM practices within Agile delivery environments.
  • Champion responsible AI adoption and educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate adoption data and stakeholder feedback to improve change interventions and business results.

Years of Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, Organizational Development, or Enterprise Program Delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or intelligent technology adoption initiatives.
  • Experience working within large-scale, global, matrixed organizations preferred.
  • Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
