Manage internal production operations, contract manufacturing partners, production testing, facilities, and operational support functions. Develop and implement scalable processes, systems, and KPIs to support continued organizational growth. Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and data driven decision making. Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development teams to support product launches and ongoing operations. Lead production planning, schedule attainment, material readiness, and operational execution to meet business objectives. Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners and ensure performance, quality, and delivery expectations are met. Maintain a hands on leadership presence on the production floor while fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork. Work directly with executive leadership to help shape and execute the company's operational strategy.
