We are partnered with a privately held, well established food company on a search for a Senior Operations Manager who will oversee operational execution.
What You'll Do:
Lead demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, and production prioritization
Manage co-manufacturing and third-party production partner relationships, including onboarding, capacity, quality, cost, and service expectations
Partner with internal teams on volume planning, margin goals, customer requirements, and operational execution
Identify and manage operational risks, cost drivers, service issues, and margin-impacting challenges
Lead and develop a small operations team while creating clear processes, accountability, and scalable workflows
What They're Looking For:
5+ years of operations leadership experience in foodservice, food manufacturing, or co-manufacturing environments
Experience managing third-party production or contract manufacturing partners
Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory control, and service-level management
Financially sharp, with experience managing cost, margin, and operational trade-offs
Comfortable leading a small team in a lean, fast-paced environment
