Job Overview

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Next.js Tech Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Headless implementations to join a strategic enterprise digital transformation initiative. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, API-first digital experiences leveraging modern composable architecture principles.

The ideal candidate will combine strong frontend engineering expertise with enterprise architecture experience and a proven track record of delivering large-scale headless CMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Next.js and React applications.
• Architect and deliver Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Headless solutions using modern composable architecture principles.
• Define technical roadmaps, solution blueprints, and best practices for frontend and headless CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, and engineering leadership.
• Drive API-first architecture and integration strategies across multiple enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and development best practices.
• Support deployment, release management, and production troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.
• Expert-level experience with:
• Next.js
• React.js
• TypeScript
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong hands-on experience architecting and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Headless solutions.
• Deep understanding of Headless CMS concepts and composable digital experience platforms.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend architecture patterns and micro-frontend concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven ability to lead distributed development teams and drive enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AEM Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns.
• Adobe AEM certifications preferred.
• Experience working in large consulting organizations and client-facing environments.
