Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior New Accounts/CSR/Banker with one of the nation's top-performing banks. The Senior New Accounts/Banker is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Interviewing and profiling customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Processing all new account transactions, including opening consumer and basic business accounts.
  • Assisting customers with account-related inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to help meet branch goals.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • A minimum of 2 years of banking Teller experience is required.
  • Experience with opening consumer accounts and basic business accounts is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with banking systems.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
