Immediate need for a talented Senior Network Real Estate Specialist with experience in the Telecom. This is a 9+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Schertz,TX. Job ID: 18-56651 Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Independent thinker Ability to Mange work load Experience with Real Estate Procurement 1-3 Awareness of with NEAP, NPAL, SHPO, Phase 1 Assessments, (Wireless Compliance) Project Management (Agile) 2-6 Ability to travel for work related activities up to 25% of the time to support P&Z activities, or to support offsite meetings (25% or less, generally days per month as needed). Excellent Verbal and Written skills Google Sheets 3-6 years Public Speaking Marketing Experience Can review read and interpret Zoning & permitting ordinances 1-2 yrs Prior experience with due diligence documentation (Survey, CDs, Structural, Lease, Title). Willingness to adapt, learn and have a solution oriented mindset. Understanding of Wireless Compliance 2-4 years. Ability to review and understand detailed documentation.
