Role Summary
Design, manage, and support enterprise network systems. Ensure networks are secure, reliable, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve network architecture (LAN/WAN/Wireless)
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve tickets
- Work on multiple projects as a technical expert or lead
- Maintain documentation and follow internal processes
- Support change management and incident response activities
- Participate in on-call and emergency support when required
- Required Skills
- Network design and troubleshooting
- Routers, switches, firewalls
- Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Preferred Skills
- Palo Alto firewalls (SonicWall migration experience is a plus)
- Cisco (Nexus, ACI)
- F5 Big-IP
- Data center networking experience
- Industry certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
