Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (Government Agency Experience)

Location: Albany, NY (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Duration: 30 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in building and maintaining enterprise-level applications, preferably within government environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, service-oriented architecture, and secure application development, along with experience handling sensitive healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable n-tier web applications using .NET technologies
  • Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams, business analysts, architects, and project managers to define requirements and timelines
  • Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures in Oracle
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle including CI/CD processes
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards, especially for healthcare-related applications

Required Qualifications:

  • 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio with C#, ASP.NET, and Web API
  • 84 months of experience developing web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS
  • 84 months of Oracle experience including database design, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and indexing
  • 84 months of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including WCF, REST/SOAP APIs, messaging/queue processing, and enterprise integration
  • 72 months of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab, including CI/CD pipelines
  • 72 months of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, BA, PM, Architecture)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 24 months of experience working with healthcare data (HIPAA, PHI, HL7, FHIR)
  • 24 months of experience with identity and access management tools such as OKTA, LDAP, RSA, or Access Manager
