Job TitleSenior National Account ManagerJob DescriptionDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Manage and grow relationships with key off-premise chain accounts to ensure long-term partnerships including Publix, Food Lion, Kroger, Total Wine, Albertsons/Safeway, and others. Lead and develop multiple National Account Managers. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior NAM should have: Experience with sales strategies and strategic off-premise chain account management in the bev/alc industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain off-premise client relationships. Ability to lead and mentor people at the regional and national level. Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
