About the Role

Sigma Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Multimedia Producer to support a fast-paced Strategic Communications & Marketing team in East Boston, MA.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing video production, photography, and event management across the organization. You'll lead creative projects from concept to completion, manage internal and external creative teams, direct on-site productions, and ensure high-quality multimedia content is delivered across social media, digital platforms, broadcast, and live events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage video, photography, and event production projects from planning through final delivery
  • Supervise in-house creatives, freelance talent, photographers, videographers, and production vendors
  • Provide creative direction and visual storytelling aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, social media, strategy, and executive stakeholders to define project requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies and production partners
  • Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflows for multimedia projects
  • Create production schedules, storyboards, scripts, shot lists, call sheets, permits, and production documentation
  • Manage production budgets, vendor relationships, resource allocation, and freelance hiring
  • Direct on-site video and photo shoots, including crew coordination, talent management, lighting, sound, teleprompter operation, and equipment setup
  • Guide post-production editing, including pacing, structure, creative direction, music selection, and quality review
  • Manage review and approval workflows using Frame.io and archive all final production assets
  • Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, activations, and on-site productions
  • Coordinate staging, AV, photography, videography, vendors, attendee logistics, and event-day operations
  • Maintain and organize digital photo and video asset libraries
  • Manage airport announcement recordings and multimedia content for airport display screens
  • Upload monthly visual assets to Sprout Social and support social media video content initiatives
  • Source stock photography and archived multimedia assets as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in video production, photography, and event production
  • Experience producing content for social media, digital platforms, broadcast, and live events
  • Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing multimedia production work
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Mac platforms, Google Drive, and production collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding of professional video, photography, lighting, and audio production equipment
  • Excellent project management, scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, creative storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality across all assignments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agency, studio, or in-house creative production environments
  • Familiarity with Asana, Frame.io, or similar project management and review platforms
  • Experience managing external creative agencies and freelance production teams
  • Background in large-scale corporate event production and multimedia campaigns

Work Environment & Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, up to 2 days remote)
  • Standard 37.5-hour workweek with flexibility for evenings and weekends as production schedules require
  • Willingness to travel to all Massport properties for productions and events
  • Collaborative team player willing to support additional business needs
  • Must successfully pass Massport-required controlled substance testing and security background checks
