- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, prototyping, or mechanical build environments (flexible for the right candidate)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience with machining, fabrication, and/or welding
- Ability to work from CAD drawings and translate them into physical parts
- Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship
- Interpret CAD models and technical drawings to fabricate functional prototypes
- Build, modify, and refine mechanical systems for motorcycles and bicycles
- Collaborate closely with the industrial designer to iterate designs through hands-on development
- Operate and maintain shop equipment, including:
- CNC mill and lathe
- CNC tube bender
- CNC waterjet
- 3D printers
- Welding equipment (TIG/MIG preferred)
- Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Provide practical feedback to improve design, manufacturability, and performance

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Fabricator & Prototype Technician to join our R&D team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building—from raw material to fully functional prototype—and wants to grow within a dynamic product development environment.
This is a highly hands-on role—you will be working directly with materials, machines, and assemblies every day. You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty wrenching on equipment, fabricating parts, and solving real-world mechanical problems.
You will work closely with our industrial designer to turn CAD concepts into real-world, rideable prototypes, contributing directly to the development of next-generation motorcycles and bicycles.
