A high-performing mortgage team is quietly seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Coordinator to support a growing pipeline in the Tampa market. This is NOT an entry-level support role. They need someone who can confidently manage files from pre-approval through submission while delivering a white-glove borrower experience.
- Hybrid Schedule.

- 3+ years in mortgage lending.
- Strong DU/LP & AUS experience.

- LOS platform experience (Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, etc.)
