Seeking a Senior/Staff Mobile Infrastructure Engineer to lead and enhance our mobile platform across iOS, Android, and cross-platform environments.
Responsibilities include owning and improving Flutter-based apps with native Swift/Kotlin integrations, focusing on real-time audio capture, offline reliability, performance, observability, and CI/CD.
Candidate will develop foundational frameworks, improve app stability, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor engineers.
Requirements include 5+ years of mobile experience with expertise in Swift and/or Kotlin, strong cross-platform knowledge, and experience with mobile infrastructure at scale. Flutter experience is a plus. Nice-to-haves include audio/video streaming, offline-first systems, and healthcare security familiarity.
