Build AI-powered full-stack solutions leveraging the Claude API and the Anthropic ecosystem to modernize workflows and extend application capabilities
Read, analyze, and troubleshoot complex codebases across SPFx, Azure Functions, PowerShell, and C#
Administer Git repositories — managing branches, resolving conflicts, cherry-picking commits for hotfixes, and maintaining clean commit histories
Diagnose and resolve build failures and unit test errors to maintain release stability and CI/CD reliability
Act as primary technical partner to the AEC division, translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
Manage roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and project delivery — ensuring alignment between business needs and development capacity
Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive clarity, governance, and successful project outcomes
Serve as the SME for SharePoint Online, Azure, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Administer and lead development for the client's core enterprise applications: COMPASS, ROWMS, Digital Forms, and Local Bridge
Manage front-end production releases, ensuring stable deployments with strict adherence to governance and release controls
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Development Lead to take ownership of a mission-critical enterprise application ecosystem for a major public-sector client. This is a hands-on technical leadership position — you will be both a practitioner and a mentor, owning architecture decisions, guiding a distributed team, and ensuring stable, compliant, and continuous delivery across multiple production applications.
This role is offered as a 6-month contract-to-hire. Candidates who demonstrate technical depth, strong team leadership, and the drive to continuously learn and adopt new technologies — including emerging AI capabilities — will be considered for full conversion.
