Responsibilities 


Drive the development and implementation of a merchandise operation strategy to meet business objectives by leveraging category product and industry knowledge.  


Conduct daily data analysis to assess the quality of product supply and traffic.  


Gather and apply data-derived business insights to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and materials to support the recruitment and growth of high-quality products, incubate hero products, and contribute to incremental Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).  


Establish data-driven business management methods and develop SOPs.  


Collaborate with various teams to build communication, coordination, and data tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.  


Develop recommendations to educate stakeholders about the platform and to drive product acquisition.  


Mentor junior-level team members. 


 


Qualifications 


Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.  


 


Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:  


Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies;  


Performing market and competitor research to determine customer needs and pain points to identify gaps and market opportunities to build new products;  


Providing marketing growth strategy, including developing all-channel go-to-market plan and analyzing opportunity size for company's products or product features;  


Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results); and  


Using Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker, SQL, Python, or R to derive data relationships, insights and monitor KPIs. 


 


Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 10%. 


 


Type: Full time, 40 hours/week 


Location: Bellevue, WA 


Salary Range: $102600 - $159600 per year
