We're seeking a proven Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex HVAC / mechanical MEP projects in St. Petersburg, FL. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with strong project management, client leadership, and mechanical design oversight experience across commercial, healthcare, or multifamily projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full lifecycle MEP projects from concept through construction and closeout
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget (P&L), and resource planning
• Oversee HVAC system design (air distribution, hydronic systems, ventilation, load calculations)
• Serve as primary client contact, driving satisfaction and repeat business
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, Florida Building Code, and energy standards
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration
• Mentor engineers and support team development

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering / HVAC project management (MEP)
• Proven success managing large-scale building systems projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, codes, and construction processes
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
• PE license preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
