Job Summary:
- We are seeking a hands-on Design Engineer with a strong ownership mindset to lead the end-to-end design and development of complete systems.
- This role is ideal for someone who has taken products from concept through development and delivery, with deep involvement in system-level design rather than individual components.
- The ideal candidate will come from an automation or manufacturing environment and remain actively engaged in engineering work, bringing practical expertise in designing and delivering complex systems.
Responsibilities:- Lead the full system design and development lifecycle from concept through production
- Own system architecture, design decisions, and technical execution
- Develop and integrate mechanical systems, assemblies, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, controls, and project teams
- Drive design validation, prototyping, and system improvements
- Ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements
- Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
Requirements:- 5 - 10 years of experience in mechanical or systems design
- Proven experience in end-to-end system design ownership
- Strong background in automation systems or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with design, development, and system integration
- Ability to work independently with a high level of technical ownership
- A true hands-on engineer, not a program manager or people leader
- Someone who has designed complete systems, not just components or sub-parts
- A candidate with a strong ownership mindset and track record of delivering products
- Currently active in engineering and design work
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
