- Experience with load calculation tools (Trace 700 or similar)
- Knowledge of relevant building codes (ASHRAE, IECC, etc.)
- Has worked on diverse project types
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communicator (client-facing experience preferred)
- Interested in mentoring and contributing to team growth
- Not a siloed, heads-down design-only position

- This role is best suited for someone who wants ownership, variety, and influence
Within your first year, you will:
- Lead multiple projects independently
- Become a key technical resource for the team
- Mentor junior engineers
- Help strengthen and grow the mechanical group
- Be viewed as a go-to leader internally
- Competitive base salary (aligned with experience and market)
- Annual bonus + discretionary performance incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Relocation assistance available (if applicable)
- Primarily onsite in the Milwaukee area
- Flexible scheduling when needed
