Responsibilities include directing client conversations, overseeing pricing, design development, code reviews, specification compliance, equipment certification and testing, and guiding construction documentation, manufacturing support, commissioning, and warranty activities.Key Responsibilities Leadership and Development Lead and mentor a team of design professionals, foster collaboration, support career growth, and promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.Technical Design Provide mechanical design support for custom air handling equipment and computer room air handling units; design liquid cooling systems, including single‑phase and two‑phase systems, cooling distribution units, and emerging market solutions.Project Execution Take a leading role in project execution, including estimating, business development, sales support, production improvements, marketing, and mentorship of Engineers in Training.Product Optimization Lead testing activities to evaluate and validate HVAC design solutions; identify best practices, implement innovative design solutions, and drive continuous improvement.Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: design submittals, reports, drawings, and Engineering Change Requests; develop standard operating procedures and VAVE initiatives.Collaboration Work closely with cross‑functional teams—manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain—to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance enhancement, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international standards.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc.
